Adult Swim Lessons - It's never too late to learn to swim! We offer adult instruction at all levels so you can learn to swim or improve your stroke. Bring your own suit and towel - goggles are also recommended. Classes run in 6 week sessions and are 45 minutes long. Sessions: Tuesdays, Feb. 14 - March 20 @ 7:15 p.m. Rates: Member - $40, Resident - $50, Non-Resident - $60
100 Mile Club - This club is an ongoing swim challenge that will push you to achieve milestones of 100, 200, or maybe even 500 miles of swimming! There is no start or end date and timelines for completion are set by each individual swimmer. Once a milestone is reached, you will just continue on to the next goal! Ready to start recording your yardage? It's easy - log sheets are available at our front desk so you can track each time you visit. Regular fees apply for use of the Aquatic Center facility and awards are given for achieving certain milestones.

Adult Fitness Classes - The Aquatic Center offers a wide range of adult fitness programs. Dry land classes work on building body core strength, balance, and flexibility to improve quality of life and enjoyment of other activities. Water exercise classes use water resistance and movement to enhance your body's range of motion and raise your heart rate to improve cardiac fitness.

Underwater Hockey - Looking for a unique experience that's also a great workout, and lots of fun? It's time to try Underwater Hockey! You must be a confident swimmer who is comfortable in deep water to participate, but competitive swim experience is not necessary. Please bring your own swimsuit, mask and snorkel - all other equipment may be borrowed on site. Sessions: Tuesdays, Jan. 10 - March 27 @ 8:30 - 9:45 p.m. Full Session Rates: Member - $20, Resident - $65, Non-Resident - $80 OR Pay Per Visit: Members - $3, Non-Members - $8.50
Water Park Lifeguarding - Course includes American Red Cross Waterpark Lifeguard, First Aid, CPR/FPR, AED and Bloodborne Pathogens certifications. All materials are provided and certifications are recognized internationally. Participants must attend all dates to receive certification. Ages 15 & up. Sessions: Sundays, Feb. 12 - March 18 @ 1-6:30 p.m. Sundays, April 15 - May 20 @ 1-6:30 p.m. Saturdays, April 21 - May 26 @10 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Rates: Member - $160, Resident - $200, Non-Resident - $240
Lifeguard Renewal w/Updates - Students will be renewed in American Red Cross Water Park Lifeguard, First Aid, CPR/FPR, AED, Bloodborne Pathogens and Emergency Oxygen certifications. Participants must have current certifications and are asked to bring a pocket mask. Ages 15 & up. Sessions: Thursdays, April 12 - May 3 @ 5-9 p.m. Thursdays, May 10 - May 31 @ 5-9 p.m. Rates: Member - $110, Resident - $140, Non-Resident - $170
CPR/AED for Lifeguards Renewal - Students will be renewed (including updates) in American Red Cross CPR/AED cerifications. Participants must have current certification and are asked to bring a pocket mask. Ages 15 & up. Dates: Thursday, April 12 @ 5-9 p.m. OR Thursday, May 10 @ 5-9 p.m. Rates: Member - $40, Resident - $50, Non-Resident - $60
Water Safety Instructor - Learn to teach swimming skills to all ages! Students must demonstrate required skills to qualify for this class. Participants will be certified to teach aquatic skills at all levels using the American Red Cross Learn to Swim Program. All materials are provided and certifications are recognized internationally. Session: Next session TBA. Rates: Member - $160, Resident - $200, Non-Resident - $240
