Please note: We strongly recommend an orientation class before using our fitness equipment. This is a training session set up to help patrons become efficient users of every piece of equipment in the fitness room. You can sign up for an orientation class at the front desk.  
Age restrictions: 16 and 17 year-olds may use the fitness room after completing an orientation with signed permission from a guardian.  All other users must be at least 18 years old.
 

If you want to work out, and the family wants to swim - use our state of the art fitness center!

Hours:
» Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
» Saturday 10 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. / Sunday 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
