We are excited as we near the end of our first phase of design – Schematic Design – with the site plan and building layout coming together. We listened to feedback from our Neighbor Meeting in which many positive comments and some concerns were expressed. Our design team modified the site plan to better protect nearby residents from headlights of vehicles using the parking lot and provided more parking spaces to keep patron vehicles on site and not regularly overflow on to nearby streets. We will be taking this improved site plan to the city for final approval. We will plan on more opportunities for neighbor input as we contine through the design process. We are still on schedule for Phase I – parking lot expansion – starting in the spring of 2020 and for Phase II – new building addition – starting at the end of the summer of 2020.
