RESIDENT APPRECIATION DAYS
Residents in the Holland Public School District receive free admission to a wide range of HAC offerings ALL DAY on the third Monday of each month. The next Resident Appreciation Day is:

SILVER SNEAKERS SIP & CHAT
Drink coffee, eat donuts, and learn more about Silver Sneakers the second Wednesday of every month from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Already a Silver Sneaker member? That’s okay – just come in and meet up with your HAC friends or bring a guest to check us out. The next Sip & Chat is:

Fitness EVENTS
HAC regularly offers more than 20 core fitness classes in the water and on dryland that are complimentary with membership! We also provide special workshops and premium wellness classes each month to help keep our community healthy.

FEATURED FITNESS CLASS
Pickleball Conditioning
Our four-week pickleball conditioning class will help you improve your agility, endurance, hand-eye coordination, reaction time, and teach you correct rotational patterns. Working on these items ahead of the competitive season can help you prevent injury and play with confidence.
WHEN: April 17-May 8, Wednesdays 1:30-2:20pm
FULL CLASS COST: $40 member / $80 standard
DROP-IN COST: $10 member / $20 standard
