Fitness room age guidelines:
Ages 12-15: Need completed orientation, a parental consent form on file, and be accompanied by a parent in fitness room at all times. Use is limited to only aerobic equipment. Use of any weight machines or free weights in prohibited, even with adult supervision.
Ages 16-17: Need completed orientation and a parental consent form on file. Parental supervision is not required.
